so i go and grab 6 qts of oil and a filter and some sparkplugs since i would have some extra time and its due, so i drive all the way across town and pick up my daughter and stop by advance auto and get this stuff, and of course tell them 06 grand prix gxp with the 5.3, he gets it all put in and i pick the plugs i want and he gets them and puts the in a box with my oil change stuff, so after driving 20 min to my parents and get the car up and change the oil i pick up the new plugs and bam only 6, so i will be going up there in the morning and asking for 2 more.... rant over

call them and tell them that they only gave you 6, and your car isnt driveable because you started working on it, and to send a driver

I work at a Napa auto parts store. Everytime someone comes in with a gxp they check to make sure theres 8 plugs, i cant blame them i would too

Also we may use a different heat range style than a v6 model so be sure to check on that

i would have noticed if i would have grabbed them with my hands whe i left but he tossed them in a big box with my oil so i didnt think anything of it. also right on the screen he was looking at it says, gxp - 5.3l - V8....

they were the right plugs im pretty positive but i will double ceck when i go this morning.
