Wd40 worked for my clunk, if I opened the trunk and put weight on the back bumper I could get it to clunk. Sound came from inside the trunk not underneath the car.

Does anyone else notice their back shock dust boots are not attached on the bottom? Like mine can be freely lifted up...

I guess I'll just have to take it to the shop and have them look at it for a lot longer.
