question about converting to HID's
 

Anyone know of a good company thats not ridiculously expensive? Someone reccomended ddm tuning. Its 30$ for the kit.

everyone I know seems to tell me DDM tuning is the way to go.

You get what you pay for with the DDM kit, some people have had good luck, others have had the ballasts burn out in a few months and getting a replacement takes a bit of time. Just keep that in mind, I went with a kit from http://www.theretrofitsource.com/ They're a little more expensive but the quality is there IMO. This was on my G8 GT(RIP), had the 5000k kit, looks great.

Thought about kensuns too. Saw some bad reviews tho

Thats funny, reason I bought them was all the good reviews they had.

I liked the fact that it does not have a cable that crosses over the engine bay like most of them do. Thought it made for a cleaner install.

I got the cheapest of the cheapest xentec's theyve worked flawlessley since i had the car.

I have DDM for years now in my 07 MCSS and I brought a spare one just in case and notice that they went with the slim ballast units now. I also put them into the fog lights also look great.
