Default Need help with vacuum leak 2008 Chevy impala ss 5.3

I have a vacuum leak and was investigating the source and found that I have a 3/8th inch vacuum outlet coming out of the back of my intake manifold with no hose attached and I can not for the life of me find where it connects to if someone could help it would be much appreciated

From what I read I believe you're talking about the blank nipple on the intake manifold. If you were to remove your throttle body and look in you'd see a solid wall of plastic. Why that nipple is there I have no clue but we don't use it.
