LS4 Rebuild for '08 Impala
 

I have done quite a bit of research into the old DoD delete process, and I was wondering about all the different kits for sale online. Do I just select 5.3L (as in, are all the 5.3 dod kits basically the same) and specify year?
Also, what years of LS2 could I go to for a cam?
Would one of the obd-2 tuners work until I save enough to get AFM/DoD tuned completely out?

if youre going to the physical dod delete call a vendor up texas speed, brian tooley etc...theyll be able to walk you through what you need and sell you a complete kit all together to include cam, No handheld tuner will be able to get your tune dialed in. but in the mean time a handheld tuner will suffice for tuning dod out. but i highly encourage you to get a thorough custom tune.
