Spark Plugs, what kind?

Spark Plugs, what kind? I've currently got 26k miles on my 06 Monte - when it comes time to do the plugs, which ones would you recommend?? Are there any that are better than the stock/OEM ones and give a power improvement, or just stick with the AC Delco's (I'm assuming those are the stockers)??
And I know what the manual says as far as a change interval, but when do/would you usually change your plugs??

Nowadays the AC Delco platinums go beyond 100K. I haven't kept a car long enough to ever need to change them.
Unless the car is heavily modded, they will meet / exceed OEM specs.
I think the "NGK" stickers add 5 - 10 hp.
