Default Update

Update:
I was packing up the kit for someone (serious buyer?) and checking all the major parts to the manual and it is missing the following parts:

1) Engine pulley and bolt
2) Fan

The car was smacked on the pass. side the fan was crushed and I could not get the pulley off before mister insurance company took possession.

Here is a link to the turbo info...

Default Still for Sale...

Both items still for sale, I should post all the hits on these things, it is crazy, but no buyers??? I priced the pieces to sell from the start, so just because I will not take off $400 doesn't mean it's a bad deal, C'mon both of these pieces support ~1000 hp, where else can you get a brand new turbo capable of ~1000hp for $800 no tax? Or a complete D1SC (missing a couple bits) for $3k no tax? Another question was does the D1SC have any leaks, the answer is absolutly not, it is in practically new condition, I only had it on the car for a short while before the mishap (it hurts to just think about it). All blower fins are in perfect condition, and absolutely NO leaks!

Other questions, what else do I need to put the turbo on my car, here is a short list of the big hitters...

Fuel Pump
Fuel Injectors
Blow Off Valve
Wastegate
Rearend
A GOOD Tune (2/3 bar Map sensor if SD tune)
Intercooler

For the D1SC kit you get alot of this stuff already..Injectors, blower, fuel pump, "BOV", intercooler... all for the low low price of 3K?

I wish I had this option when I was buying my stuff, I would have saved ALOT of cash...

Your kit is missing the fan, engine pulley and bolt, and i didnt see the rad support in there either. Your intercooler is damaged so you have to buy all that stuff or upgrade to fmic and so on would add up to the price of a brand new kit. People are selling COMPLETE kits for 3200-3500 with everything. I see where your coming from but prices add up quick.

How much is it going to cost to replace the intercooler and the pulley?

3.5" inter coolers can be found used from 300-500 a pair but new from procharger there like 1000+ i know that epp chargers 1400 for braand new 4.5" intercoolers. The pulley i dont know but im sure its over 250. The fan is a big single and ull need that cause the duals dont clear so fan, shroud, and rad support are another. Add up quickly to price of brand new kit

Hey, if your not in a hurry I'd take it. Only problem is I spoke up for a motor and tranny last night after I posted. It'll be 2 weeks before I can get the turbo off you now. How bout if it's not gone by then I'll take it?

You don't happen to know some Debruins out that way would you?
