is this all you need for a valvespring change?

I would recommend getting some new valve seals, maybe some locks too for cheap insurance. Thunderracing could hook you up.

I installed that kit and was very happy with it. It comes with new locks. I was forced to get new smaller seals which required machining to install (I did it with a hand drill and a cutter designed for the seals I bought). I also had to buy additional shims to get the proper height. Some people used shim in kit and stock valve seals with good results. I could not, maybe they vary?
