LT1 Won't Start
 

I have a '77 Volvo 240 with a LT1 and T56 from a '93 Z28 in it. I bought it as a project and I'm trying to get the engine wired and running. I have wired it as it says on this web page http://www.lt1swap.com/93lt1a4.htm and still have not had any luck. Fuel pressure is good, injectors are good, new Opti, tried a VATS override chip and a new PCM. I have an injector test light on one of the injectors and It never flashes leading me to believe the injectors aren't firing. When I try to start it the fuel syatem primes, I crank it over and it might start but only run a few seconds and if it does run a few seconds it runs rough. Anyone have any ideas for why it won't start? I'm close to carburating it and calling it a day.:bang:
