how do i find out which valve springs to buy

how do i find out which valve springs to buy i posted one was broke,we replaced it with one the machine shop had,my car has a comp cam with a 499 lift,has hi crane roller rockers,so can some one give me a part# and i will make sure to replace the ones on it.

Well it depends on what you're after. Something that'll 'work', something that'll be a good buy (will work and last) or something that'll work, last and allow for future cam upgrades.
