Th-400?

Decided to go th-400 route, what all is involved in getting this trans bolted to and functional with my lt1. Specifically the kickdown mechanism and the vaccum modulator, and what speedo drive gear?

Your best bet is to search the automatic transmissions section, look for stickies.

All of the info you listed is for a lsx/th400 combo, im running an Lt1 and it doesnt answer any of the questions that I asked. So much for "use a search"!

If you read through it, there are several posts from LT1 guys. There is was some questions on whether or not the LT1 needs some short of a spacer (I'm a T56 guy so I did't pay much attention). But if you read through it, you should see some LT1 specific information. At the very least, it should tell you who you can ask or PM for info.
