Default Where to buy schrader valve cap?

I know i more than likely spelled that wrong lol but i somehow lost my cap in the disassembely of my motor and need to know where i can pick up another one? Can anyone help me out here?

Probably at the dealership. Or as many as you want for free at a junkyard.

umm, steal one from the local kids bike, your mom/dads/siblings car or really anywhere else. Definitely dont pay for one at the dealership. they will probably laugh at you haha

wish there was a junk yard around here with an lt1 lol.

If anyone see's any lt1's being parted out in the f/s section let me know and i'll see if they have one.

Most GM vehicles use the same cap. It doesn't need to be from a LT1.

Like how I'm laughing at you now? The fuel rail one is a fair bit bigger than the one on any tire :\ If it was though, I'd totally put one of my old dice valve caps on it lol TPI cars had aluminum ones if you want something spiffy, or if you polished your rails

Just use a vacuum cap in the mean time, its just a dirt shield. +1 on looking at other GM vehicles for one.

I assume you meant vacuum cap, and I was actually going to say that too!

Listed in the GM parts catalog as: "cap, fuel pressure connection" N.S. (not serviced) no part number. You won't be able to get one from GM. Junkyard will be your best option.

Go to your local auto parts store, and see if they sell the "Help" brand of parts that are vacuum sealed to carboard. They have all kinds of odds and ends, like trim clips, vacuum "Ts", door handles, lock buttons, and stuff like that, in their line of generic replacement parts.

drive to Fort Lauderdale, where U Pull It is located, there are about 30 fbodys here at any given time i live about 2 minutes away and it is heaven
