That has to be worth something...it being a crossfire block and all. Maybe someone wants that specific block and had a spun main or whatever. I'm sure it could pull in enough to hopefully finish up what you need to to get yours running again.

got another question.

i have a set of 1.6 rockers that i had on my other motor and would love to eventually run these on the lt1. would i have to change the valve springs in order to run the rockers?

why not sell the LT1 and go with a GEN 1 SBC? Crossfire accessories should work since its a GEN 1. IMO the hassles of converting to LT1 is not worth it. Now if you just have the need to do a generation conversion go to GEN 3.

JMHO and I have a LT1 vette/LT1 Impala, and a new G8GT in the stable so I'm not a LT1 hater just a pragmatic.

In summary if it were my 84 and I were short on $$$$ I'd sell the LT1 and go with a SBC install.

Good luck
Mike

Yeah. A set of LT4 springs will do just fine, and they are cheap.

yeha i know i have one of those too. this is that custom one that someone posted on here. it brings the pulley up and in more towards the power steering pump for more clearance.

the regular one sits here (which is too low and hits my frame)

where as this one sit heres

I don't see a problem with notching the frame a little.

all they are is for the heater core. So you can either loop them, put caps on them or find out what size they are and put freeze plugs in there.
