Could be a vast number of problems. Why did you replace the opti to begin with? Was it cranking and not starting to begin with also? Could be that you're not having enough or any fuel. Doesn't always need to be the opti on our cars. Fuel pumps are known to go bad. Any other symptoms? Can you hear the pump priming with the key in the ON position?

Hmm...Could be something as simple as maybe you accidentally put the rotor in the opposite direction. Or the wiring going to the opti was damaged during the fire. Did you happen to change the spark plug wires, as well? Or your coil was damaged during the fire also. Might want to try to pull the fuel pump fuse and check to see if your getting any spark, at all.

Sorry I'm not really giving you a solid answer man. It just could be so many possibilities. I'm sure someone else will chime in here soon.

Put an inductive timing light on it. It will show you whether or not it is getting spark.
AFA the fuel pump, did you check pressure with a gauge? It does not have to be running, just keyon.

94s don't have a crank sensor. Even if it did, an LT1 does not need it to run.
