My car has had multiple bottles put through it on a 100 shot, its fine, just run a window switch and fuel pressure safety switch.

It took us 70 passes on a 200 shot to hurt anything on a 40,000 mile motor. Its all in the tune and the driver.

I know of a guy spraying a 250 shot on his stock lt1. His is running a standalone fuel system with a spot on tune. It ran 11.80's in street trim and has lasted multiple passes down the track. Im in no way saying to do this, but it's been done.

Damn how high above sea level are you that seems a little slow for that big of a hit.

Plenty of guys spray 150-175 LONG TERM. With stock heads and cam though you are unlikely to gain anything beyond 150 though.

sprayed 150 for 4 years then upped it to 175 for a year or so then 225 for a few years. not one problem. As long as you have all the safety measures in place. Get rid of that stock fuel pump. window switch and fuel pressure safety switch is a must. I ran the MSD rpm activation box set with a 3200 pill, it worked great with a 3600 stall.

I thought it would last longer than 70 passes. What went on it?

Thats because the engine is past the point of makin power efficiently after 150-175 shot, like 96cap said. The guy was basically sprayin it to the moon just to see what it would do. I don't think it picked up much from the 200 to the 250. Also you have to remember, this car is full weight, stock wheel with dr's and only had a catback exhaust no other mods. Not to bad if you ask me...

I really liked my 150 shot! I didn't want to ***** it with a 175 on a stock fuel pump though

We were at a race and had to hot lap the car. The car overheated and popped the head gasket.
