Default What size cutout for hooker L/T's?

I have Hooker Super Comp's and was planning on sticking an electric cutout right where the y-pipe meets. what size should i go with? Also i was thinking about running 2 cutouts, one right after each collector so it will be open headers. i love open header sound. will the one at the y-pipe still be really loud?

I have PS LT's and the y-pipe is 3" so i'm going to put one after the Y just so it doesnt mess with any o2 sensor readings. I've ran my car open Y and its insanely loud and doubt it would be any louder open headers... Go with one, its cheaper and easier to open and close if you dont go with electric lol

Y-pipe diameter = catback diameter = cutout diameter

Y-pipe = 3" = cutout = catback

It's a 3" collector, 3" y-pipe, 3" catback...so you should get a 3" cutout.

I've heard similar things but have had and heard good results with QTP. When I ordered it years ago, it was $100, so I gave it a shot. It did fail on me once after a year or so, but they paid for shipping and fully rebuilt it no questions asked.
