finally got 7's on motor
 

ive been 7's on the bottle. but this feels so much better on motor. i wasnt this excited when i went in the 6's with my old car. of course im talking 1/8 mile. but i have tuned and built this car myself and i feel like ive completed an awesome goal. now im going to drop a few lbs and see where i can go.:nod:

it went 7.92 @ 88.2 mph with a 1.75 60ft

it also went 8.03 @88.8 mph with a 1.86 60ft.

yeah its an m6. my 3rd gear shift could be better. the stock shifter is real sloppy. ive raced at brainard some. but i mainly race at 411 dragway.

Very nice, ran my first 7's also @ 7.891. Granted my engine and your engine are totally different. Gratz on the 7's :D

Yeah, unported stock heads.

mine have been played with. but by a backyard guy. so i dont know how good it is. never been flowed. but since they have stock valves i consider them still stock.

sounds good. i can hear some rear end noise after last night. so i may pull the cover and check it out. these tiny rear ends they put in these cars suck

I did longtubes and a moser 9in on my car first before anything else. lol didnt want to have to worry when that 7.5 was gona take a dump!

no doubt. mine has developed a whine now after this weekend. i was hard on the rear end

thanks. ive been 7's a bunch of times. hell ive been 6's a bunch times. but for some reason im more excited about doing it with this car. due to me building the engine and doing all the tuning. and it will get 28mpg on the interstate and has a/c. to me thats just cool.
