Tuning/Catalytic Converter/WTF?? I had my car dyno tuned with ORY but wouldn't pass smog W/O cats. I was going to put shorties on and all that but I found a shop and they installed a CARB approved magnaflow cat then passed it for me. I know that the cat was going to quiet it down a little bit and might also snuff out a few HP but it feels really sluggish now. Is it in the tune or do cats have to get broken in and loosen up a little bit or what? It is driving me nuts
