Default B-body guys inside: drip hose leaking?? Replace heater?

Ok, I don't think f-bodies have this, but b-bodies have (sorry for the bad pic quality):

Which was next to / underneath the A/C lines going into the firewall. It's pretty far away from the heater hoses.

It's leaking coolant, do I need to replace my heater core? No coolant was on my passenger side carpet.

That is meant to drip AC condensation. If it actually dripping coolant not just condensation then yeah I think a heater core swap is in order.
