Why does my steering get stuck when I turn right?? :(

Why does my steering get stuck when I turn right?? :( So I recently had my rack & pinion changed and now when I turn right(lets say Im at an intersection or anywhere from a dead stop)... my steering gets stuck for a moment or two before it completes the full turn.. its only for a little bit that it gets stuck.. not to mention I also had the front struts/springs replaced also.. any ideas??

Do you have headers installed? I've done a few header installs and had to grind on the steering knuckle. Maybe something is disrupted in that area. Just a thought.
