Where is the Fuel Pressure Regulator???
Where is the fuel pressure regulator. What needs to be done to replace it? Is there anything i need to remove or undo before? Thanks!

Best way to access it is to remove the fuel rail. There are four bolts holding down the fuel rail (directly on top). You'll pop the rail out with the injectors still attached. Depending on what you're looking to do, you may or may not need to remove the fuel lines. If you do, you need a disconnect tool (3/8" and 5/16").

ok well on cold starts it take between 5-10 seconds to start... Once running i shut it off after about 15 minutes of being off it takes a while to start. I replaced the fuel filter and was told it might be the regulator.

Remove the vacuum line off of the fuel pressure regulator. If fuel comes out, then the regulator is bad.

If you are certain that fuel is coming out of the back of the fuel pressure regulator (http://shbox.com/1/fp_reg.jpg labeled "vacuum control hose"), with the pump priming or engine running, then the regulator is faulty. You may still want to pick up a fuel pressure test gauge just to have.
