Default Missing parts for a top end rebuild?

I am trying to amass the parts for a top end rebuild along with true duals (Currently have LTs and ORY). Since I will be running a new cam and the guy I plan on having do the build wants to pull the motor, I was planning on switching out the K-member and get the PB relocation arm for the TDs over the axle. Anyhow, the list of parts:

LE2 Heads
LE2 Cam
LE2 Intake Portwork
Comp 1.6 RR NSA 1305-16
ARP Rocker Studs 134-7103
Trick Flow Guideplates
Hardened Pushrods
Comp Hi Energy Lifters 850-16
58mm TB
Injectors 36lb.
Lunati Timing chain
Oil Pump Driveshaft
Moroso Oil Pan 20185
Melling Oil Pump M155HV
Energy suspension motor mounts
UMI Front suspension set
UMI Panhard Rod Bar Relocation Kit
True Duals w/ X pipe (custom fab)
Gaskets (Intake, TB, head, oilpan, oil pump)

Now the questions:

1. What am I missing?

2. Since the weak link in the stock bottom end seems to be the Rod bolts, can you replace them without having to tear out the entire rotating assembly (Maybe a newb question, I know.)?

3. If I can change out the rod bolts, what about the bearings and cap bolts?

If anyone has recommendations on parts (besides what I have listed, if listed), by all means chime in. I am sure we all have our opinions on what our favorite is. Just trying to start buying some of this now so it isn't one big bill. Thanks everyone! You have all been a big help with my questions. It is greatly appreciated.

timing cover and water pump gaskets.
You can not do the rod bolts without dissassembling the entire motor. They are press fitted and you would need the rods resized.
Get the GM Caddy racing lifters or LS7 lifters

Anyone have a manufacturer and part # for the oil pump drive gear? I understand that you should replace the plastic one once you go to an aftermarket cam.
