i think i blew my trans -3rd gear

i think i blew my trans -3rd gear u all know i was having problems at the dynotune with car not making rpms when slammed on.it was burning a bit of oil i guess the tuner says also,so my mech. check springs making sure there the right ones for my set up and readjusted rockers.maybe its none of them and is a control module or ?
i think its the trans since they dont give it full throttle till there in 3rd gear. when i drive the car at about 25mph and slam it - it doesnt shift into third gear goes all the way to 7k and i get scared and let go.today i was testing to see how long itll take to get into 3rd gear showing my mech. anyways i guess i held it to long "the gas" cause it must of went past 7k , blew the trans fluid out the dip stick all over my motor
i filled it up and know 3rd gear is done.ill drive it normal and right after it shifts into second gear around "i think 15-20mph of something" ill just cruise it for a couple seconds then get on it doesnt shift just goes to redline. i wonder if this was the problem why i was losing rpms on the dyno since the 3rd gear was breaking slowly
the trans is under warranty so whatever but know its 1 more thing cause it sets me back not knowing the problem on why my car aint making the power after a certain rpm

T56 FTW...
I say that cause I got tired of shredding 4LshittyE's. I killed 2nd in my T56 and still was able to drive it home.
I was able to drive to the shop with the last Auto I destroyed aswell cause it went into limp mode..but I only had about 20 seconds at a time before it shut down..lol
