I just wanted to start up a thread for some of the guys on here I look up to for having awesome builds/track times and for those that have helped me in the past. You guys inspired me to buy, build and feel proud of our cars. Thanks!

Im starting to impress myself ! !!!!!!! !!!

I describe a hero as somebody who can guide me the right direction and "waste" their time talking to me regarding my future wanted builds and just having the compassion to talk to me about my build.

SS.SLP.LS1- always willing to help anybody with their questions, regardless of how butchered and overkill some of them are (the weekly LT vs. shorty headers argument and questions)
ACHOTROD- helped me with ignition stuff
daves94formula- awesome friend who always goes through prices and helps me out with my car
LS1 SPEED - Larry has guided me through several options on my LT1 builds and I consider him a friend/acquaintance
THE MERV- has talked to me about builds before; still an lt1 hero even though he turned to the darkside with an LSx platform :P jk

All in all, the vast majority of LT1 guys are willing to help you out. I've noticed around here that most LS1 guys are dicks about helping you out.

Thanks, although I don't think my build is anything extraordinary ... just a straight bodied head/cam A4.

P.S. My buddy Zlicious' ride is no joke. Keep in mind M6 cars are harder to run from the hole. His shit is a freak on the roll!

ss.slp.ls1 and shoebox and merv they are my heros. merv is a traitor though... all three guys a very edumicated on their stuff. and taner just because hes the man with a 6 speed.... hes so fast his car cut the gas pedal off lol
