Default just swapped O2's, now won't start

I just swapped my O2's from one side to the other and now the car won't start. It's like trying to start it without the clutch pushed in, nothing happens. Anyone have any idea what could've happened?

If that's all you did your problem is elsewhere.

Security light flashing?

Security light is not flashing. Fuse # 11 under the hood is good. I can hear the starter solenoid click when I try to start it. Everything has power. I measured 12.5 volts at the starter with key out of ignition.

Also, VATS is removed. I tried sticking some old wire I had lying around in the end of the clutch switch wire and nothing changed.

Could be a bad starter. I'd get it tested.
