wiring in a 2-step and window switch??
 

Ok i already have the msd-6al and the the upgraded coil w/ harness. My question is if anyone has a simpler explanation of how to install these two together on one box. I know the pill that is in the 6al is replaced with the wired pill on the 2-step. Now does the window switch not interfere with the 2-step what so ever?

I see on the instructions that it only installs to the tach output and the yellow to the solenoids. Is this correct?
