Default People who have RAM Clutches, Come In

So I recently I've installed a Ram Powergrip and I am having problems. Someone else I know was having a similar problem with the same clutch and it turned out the disk was too thick and I've been told this by others. People say they fix the problem by using an Adjustable Master Cylinder, which seems like it would make up for the difference in the disk being too thick.

So, if you have a Ram Powergrip, did you have to use an Adjustable Master Cylinder?

Im using the ram powergrip with a resurfaced stock flywheel and new gm clutch hydrolics. Works great, chatters a bit on take off but thats probably because i didnt really break it in lol. Also it only has about 700 miles on it so far. What problems are you having?

Sorry...no issues here. However, I did use a RAM flywheel...

This sounds like a rare issue, as I did months of research before choosing the RAM clutch.

Not for an LT1, but we have a ram powergrip on our 99 LS1 car. It has a quicker engagement compared to stock along with mild chatter but it does grip like hell. I do know that on LS1 cars if you don't bleed the T56 correctly it will be almost impossible to shift, maybe it might be a bleeding issue? not saying this is the problem, just tossing ideas out there.
