couple mod quesions
AFAIK, you need the LS fenders, bumper, hood, and lights. They will all bolt up. Try searching for a LS1 front end conversion write up.
As stated, the MS4 is for LSx engines, not LTx engines. I'd read this sticky before buying any cam or valvetrain components:

Like stated you need the bumper w/foam support, headlights w/ pigtails since the wiring is different, fender and hood.
I have the font end conversion done. The fog lights will bolts up to the 98-00 bumper but the 01-02 are different as well as the blinkers. The headlights have a bracket that goes to the bumper/fender bracket. if your keep your factory bracket it will have to be modified. If you get the 98+ you will be fine.
