Default Which valve springs etc?

Can someone point me in the right direction. Im looking for valve springs but honestly have no clue what to buy, or where to buy from. Im going to be putting my engine back together( brand new 4 bolt main block) in my 95, and will be adding a CC503 cam. Im trying to figure out what valve springs i should go with and am having trouble finding anything. My car already had Crane Cams 10758 1.6 self aligning Roller rockers installed when i bought it, so id like to re-use those. Can someone recommend some valve springs, retainers, etc for the cam and rockers i will be using. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I bought crane cams 10308-1 for $166. they come w/ the shims and retainer and works perfect. My brother has that same cam 503cc and these are the ones he went w/ too.
