If you had a happy hooker you could just bolt it to the intake and lift!!!!
If you need this done today
I have used the bolt hole in the block, above the water pump to the left of the coil, and used a jack under the trans to keep some of the stress of the bolt. Make sure you use a grade 8 or better bolt.
