I bought my old 93 Z28 back, now it needs some TLC

Primed and prepped the bezels
Some may wonder why I put the effort into these parts but they say you can cut corners. I figured now was the time to same some cash and fix them since it is part of my "skills" not that I'm skilled in much.
I'm going to use my stock mounting plate/triangles for visors as my visor delete plates. Picked up a brand new headliner from a local board.

I am wondering if I should reinstall the fogs or not. I kinda like the looks of it now but undecided.
Best pic I have on my computer of front without fogs.
Also, any tips on removing the wiper arms? I took off the nuts but they wont budge. I have heard not to use a screwdriver because ill end up with a busted windshield, and I don't want that. I soaked the bolts/studs in some pb but it did nothing. I want to get them off to repaint them.

I think it will look best with the fog lights back.
For the wiper arms: A friend of mine had a special "wiper arm removal tool" from the snap on truck that I borrowed when I was going to swap mine. It was cool and worked like a pitman arm puller, but there was no room to use it without taking the hood off. Closed, it was in the way, and open it was just worse. I ended up using a front end tool on them. It was a fork (I guess a tie rod end seperator) that was only about 3" or 4" long. It was drilled/tapped to screw onto a slide hammer I think. For the wipers, I just used that little fork and a hammer to lightly tap them off.
While you are doing this, take my advice and find some 98-02 wiper arms. You will be glad you did. The 98+ ones aren't as pretty because they don't have the little spoiler or whatever aero stuff on the arms, but they have a conventional "hook" so your wiper choices are opened up. I swapped to them and a pair of "beam" style blades and couldn't be happier. No more big gaps where they don't wipe.

Also, I saw you mention a TrueTrac.
I think I've got one for sale. Not sure if it's a True Trac or if it's a Torsen. I'm not too familiar with the Torsen, I just know it's not a Eaton style clutch posi or an Auburn style cone posi. I can see the screws/gears inside. It looks like my 12 bolt True Trac. I have been wondering if True Trac & Torsen are the same type differential.

I never knew about the 1LE grill inserts, the look pretty good.
The wiper plastic fins were removed awhile ago. I never drive it in the rain so wiper selection isn't a huge problem. I really just want them off to give them a fresh coat of paint. Also iirc it is the hook style.
My friend is selling a TrueTrac, that why I asked. The idea of it's still up in the air.

I have been looking into possibly recovering the seats. I am 99% sure I'll go with lethal interiors. I'll probably go with black and gray two tone and possibly embroider the headrest area with "Z28".
Basically the first one but the 93-97 style. $400 for the fronts

I bought a small 2 jaw puller from Oreilly Auto for around $5 for my windshield wiper arms. It worked pretty good, but I think my hood was off when I pulled them. There is a specific tool for pulling wiper arms, but I couldn't find one. Good luck!

I hope that one day I can get my camaro to look as clean as yours. Ive been following since day 1 and it keeps getting better and better. I'm only 21 so I got plently of time to do what you have done. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you! Yes you have plenty of time. My next project will be a body off frame. Obviously figuratively speaking since it's not possible but, strip entire interior, glass, wires, rearend, suspension, motor, etc. Do a complete repaint. I have done a few through work. I'll end up going hugger orange on whatever it ends up being.
