Problem with door locks and RAP

The door locks only work when the key is switched to the on position. None of my accessories stay on for 10 minutes after it is shut off. Are these two related? Any ideas?

i would throw a rap module in it yes. it controls the locks, windows, radio, and something else i think. sounds like its bad though.
