Default Did I get to small of a transcooler for my th350?

I am in the process of changing my transmission out from the m6 to a th350. I got a 3800 converter from Circle D. The trans oil cooler I got is the B&M Supercooler (Part # 70266) It has a BTU rating of 20,500. I am installing it where the A/C condensor used to be. Plus I wasn't planning on hooking it to the radiator nor having a fan for it. Is the BTU rating of this cooler enough to keep the th350 cool with 403rwhp(through the m6) plus another 150 to 200 shot of nitrous.

They have the fluid heater which is in the bottom of the radiator, if that is what you are asking. I took mine out of the loop.
