I know you said you have a lot of contact in different places with your exhaust. When I got my catback it caused my y to sag and hit the tunnel brace. I rigged up a new hanger and that didn't work. I have read motor mounts poly/solid, but didn't want to have to do that. Here is what I did to stop the banging y. I did have mine hitting where it goes over the panhard bar too, but that was more of a minor vibration. Now I have an LS1 car, but this is what I did to stop the y from banging.

And over the panhard.

I will say I lost a little clearance with the tunnel brace, but no more banging Y. Nice piece too. Both are.

Kevin, when it warms up a bit we'll take a look at it.
ok awesome. i may have to jam some rubber in between the y and floor until then cause i made it ten times worse than with the catted y. lol. but aside from the noise the car picked up noticeable power. also there was the insides of a cat in my muffler. which i guess was from the factory cats. so technically i had 3 cats in my exhaust. haha. it feels and sounds much better now tho.

ps...also got pro-stars today!!
