Cold air intake setup, long tube headers, full exhaust, sticky tires like drag radial or slicks.

If your car is auto then highstall converter and rear gears give best results.

Those mod's should get you low 13's.

Full bolt ons including header-back exhaust with cutout(s), Cold air intake, 1.6 Roller Rockers, Underdrive Pully, and a mail order tune from PCmforless.

Also, Drag radial tires, Subframe connectors, an Intake elbow, and a complete tuneup will help.

Then there's weight loss. Dump the spare tire/jack, remove the EGR/AIR pump system(state law/enforcement allowing of course) and a lightweigh battery are a few good things to do to dump off an easy 50ish lbs and still have your car completely street friendly/safe.

Do this list and you'll beat up on many stock LS1's...
