Is 82% injector duty cycle to much?

Are you running stock injectors in your car? It was 90* on that run. on a 50* Day at a lower altitude i Will surely be over 100%Dc.

I have 30's in mine. DM shows spikes to 98%. I'm not at all worried about it. Another guy here has been running 30's for several years in his solid roller stroker putting out 505 rwhp and running 10.50's @ 125 in a 3800 lb car. His duty cycle goes over 100% every run. It doesn't mean a thing.....just an arbitrary calculation in DM.
We have another guy putting down 450 rwhp for the last two years and roadracing it.....running 30's also. Relax I used to worry about it too; not anymore.

there were a few FI ls1 cars i know of running 120% CALCULATED dc on the injectors with no a/f or power fluctuations.

The general consensus of everyones input is that you don't absolutely need to upgrade, but you can safely. The next step up is stock LT4 injectors, then the redtops. If you must upgrade get the redtops and be done with it
