Default cam bearings
How do i take out and install cam bearings, im doing an h/c/i setup and i thought i would replace them while im in there

Take it to a machine shop. Bout 30.00 installed.

alright, this is most likely going to be an in car install, so is it possible to do this is the car, getting the car there wont be a problem btw

Not happenin in the car it needs to be bare cause the cam bearings go in from the bottom to position to each journal......Dont skimp bro if the cam bearings look iffy pull the motor apart and do it right

well its a fairly low mileage motor and it rele hasn't been beat up on (since i have had it atleast) so im hoping they will be in good shape, but i will get them checked out, and if they arent, then i will pull the motor and go 383 lol
