blm's locked while in closed loop???????

my blm's are locked while in closed loop so my guess is I screwed up my tune. now, I've got 50lb injectors so what should I put in the gallons per hour table? and also I'm kinda lost on what to put in the minimum injector pulse

seasoned vets please help
