Default What all can cause no spark?

I've got a 94 formula I'm trying to get running and it has no spark. It has a fresh opti I know is good, a new coil, and an ICM that I know works, but I still have no spark and I'm trying to figure out what else could cause no spark. I've tried searching this but didn't find anything that was exactly like what I have. All I found was the typical opti going bad, or a bad coil, or a bad ICM. Since I know all those are good I'm a little confused now. The sooner I get this car running the better as it's my only means of transportation and bumming rides is getting old. Thanks a bunch in advance guys.

I did not check for spark at the coil I checked it at the opti. I will double check for spark at the coil just to be sure. The coil is brand new so I'm positive it's not a coil problem. The opti harness looked pretty good but I guess I should try another one just in case since I have spares.
