Default just pulled plugs gap to .070

yep pulled the plugs on a 383 ngktr55ix iridium and there all gapped to .070 im guessing thats not right.
what would be? stock gap?

Stock gap is .050", but you no longer have a stock motor now do you? Figure you should go one heat range colder per 100HP and I'd suggest a .035"-.045" gap.

I run the NGK TR55s gapped at .040" and I agree with ^^^^. I have a 383 with 11.2:1 compression.

.070" is huge! go with these guys suggestions above. they know what there talking about
