Default Fuel pump relay 12v source

1995 Camaro. Trying to find a way to supply my stock fuel pump relay with a new power source from Holley terminator x. The relay has a grey wire that supplies power back to the fuel pump, I read somewhere that I could replace the pink wire going into relay with the holley power source. Does anyone know if this is correct?

I would take the Holley fuel pump wire, and run it to the grey wire on the fuel pump relay under the dash. Then remove the factory relay or just leave it unhooked.

I took the Lt1 out and put a 6.0 in it. Easy to do and I don’t have to hunt down parts, truck motors are everywhere. The hard part is misleading wiring information online
