Default Best oil for my LT1?

Just got a 93Z, needs new oil and filter. Looking for something that is going to get me the most power.

Thanks.

Just get a good quality synthetic oil, as far as power goes, it's not going to be anything to notice, worry more about the best lubrication...

any 5w30 will work. If u want spend some moneys 30 dollar oil change, then mobil 1 high miles with ether wix or pure1 oil filter and change it 5k miles.

if u change every 3k or 6 month and on budgets, then any 5w30 brand name oil with puralator oil filter. as long stick with 5w30 or 10w30 u will be fine. and change it on time.

I use quaker state 10w30 and the k&n big oil filter. I found that it made my valve train quieter since i have roller rockers. Ive used pensoil and mobil but it thinned out too soon and made my engine noiser. more valve train noise.

any oil will be fine as long as you change it on regular intervals.

oh yea it will make sure you use the biggest plate, but it might not have enough backpressure to make low end torque
