Ditch the copper gaskets and run Remflex Gaskets.

Had the same issue with my Pacsetters and Copper gaskets they leaked like a god damn siv! Did some research and went with Felpro 5903 which are d port brodix style which required a small cut for the temp sensor and put them in and sealed perfect. Alot of people also use the Felpro 1406 and havent had any issues. Funny part is the Felpro's cost a 1/3 of the price of the coppers which are complete crap!

Fel-pros or Mr gasket ultra seal. No problems with them on my Nova & camaro.

I've ran those POS copper ones on the Nova before, leaked like a sob! Never again will I buy those expensive POS!

I used Felpro 1470 LT1 header gaskets. Alittle pricey but they fit the ports great.

Felpro 1406s. Been using them for 10 years on several different setups with not one leak.

I've used the crush aluminum ones, the felpro type and percy's and I love them. I blew each gasket I had including the crush aluminum ones but my bolts came lose plenty of times. So now with the percys' and header lock bolts, they are in great condition. And these gaskets are good fro turbo setups as well.
