The lSx platform is handsdown a better designed, built, and outfitted engine. However i Love my LT1!

I love my LS1. Oh and I love my LT1. I voted LS1 even though my LT1 is faster.

VTEC, since you didn't say best at what so I rated based on MPG.

Btw I choose my Lt1 since bolt on for bolt on dollar for dollar I have not been beat by a motor allegedly touched by the all mighty! I do like both platforms though.........ain't no hater here!

This poll is flawed in so many ways. There is no way that then GEN IV motors should be grouped with the LS1. They are in a league of their own (They are also really expensive to build).

I've said it a million times, the best two stock platforms to compare are the LT4 and the LS1. That would be close.

LT1 vs LS1. Both motors have similar potential once you start modifying them. It all depends on what your goals are and how much you want to spend.

Vtec all the way, cuz 110 horsepower with a fart can is better in everyway..
