It'll be the new LS1. Wait, it already is, and that would make the LT1 the new TPI.

I wish they were more like the LS7's..12* Intake and a flatter Intake Manifold..that thing can flow. I'm using the L76..you are only going to get so much through it..ontop of that the more ci bottlenecks it even more. The 370's and 6.2's run like hell..seen some really good numbers out of them.
I've been thinking about a Vic Jr, 4 bbl 1000CFM TB, and a Cam change to open up the top-end more..7500+RPM..

Whats bad that I fear may happen to this site is what happened to thirdgen.org. That site used to be great 10 years ago, alot of members with alot of knowledge. But then these cars became teenage "beaters/hot rods" and you have alot of ricer mentality there now. Dont get me wrong, still some knowledgable members but not like it used to be. Soon (if not already) the LT1 cars will become some 16 year olds beater/hot rod that gets all the autozone mods done to it.
Hate to say it but its true...

Thats because the lt1 was a better stock platform and no one wanted to mess around with the third gens any more because limited mods and the ones they had where not cheap. I know I had 2 third gens and I would take my LT1 car in stock form anyday. There has been a resurgance in good parts and mods for the third gens in the past 10 years so that will stay for the most parts the teenage cars and yes you will get some in the LT1's since they are cheaper now but thats just the evolution of the beast. Since there was a huge gap from the 4th gens to the 5th gens it wont be as fast since a 5th gen wount be under 10k for many years.
