I will try and explain before you get flamed lol. On this particular forum my posts are low as in only a few hundred, on others it is in the thousands. We see the same questions over and over and at times it generally gets to be annoying. One of the reasons my post count here is lower is due to the fact that I hover and read alot. There are days upon days of material to read and learn from on the very subject you are asking.

From your posts so far I can tell you are new to the LT1. It has a few features to it that are quite unique, some things from a traditional small block Chevy, or sbc will work on it, some will not. The water flows backwards in these motors, instead of going through the block and then into the heads it goes vice versa. This makes the intake manifold dry, as in no water goes through it. The water pump is gear driven, the heads on a fbody are aluminum etc etc etc......like I said days of reading.

There are alot of things that are a total waste of money to buy that are marketed to the uneducated. There are 1,000's of fine folks on this forum that can help you and point you in the right direction. Take advice as it comes, weigh it with what you learned and know and choose wisely.

When asking a question for help include thoings such as year of vehicle whether it is manual, or auto, mileage etyc. The more we know the more we can help. As performance goes list your goals and budgets!

One last thing, the search button is your friend

Hell ya it will, you will need gasket maker, gasket paper so you can make your own gaskets!
self tapping screws
drill, 1/2" impact to tighten everything down into the heads
hacksaw- to remove any extra material
custom throttle body cable and/or throttle body
new fuel rail setup
few more gaskets here and there
video camera and youtube the event happening and post on here for us to see

If you have to ask what will fit on a vehicle you shouldnt be messing with cars. You should be reading and learning.
