To complete this I need the block off plates. Remove egr & solenoid put plates on and get tuned. Now what else do I need or can I remove? I've read of cars not running right after deleting the egr. I think if you do the block plates you're good right ? Can anyone give a break down of what to remove & do with non emissions.

I deleted emissions in my car recently. I'm getting no ses and the car seems to be running the same. I'm still getting the same gas mileage. I'm gonna get a tune after roller rockers and a cai.

Yea and a grommet to plug a vacuum port in the side of the intake.
And btw, I bought the cheapest blockoff plates on ebaY and they didn't fit. I had to drill the holes out bigger to Make it fit.

What about AIR and evap crap? All I NEED to do is remove egr. Install 2 block plates and cover the 1 intake hole on the manifold ?

yea thats about it. There is also a tube connected to the air intake for the AIR system. youll need to plug that hole as well if you delete AIR which it sounds like you will be doing. easy stuff. Its all self explanitory once you get under the hood.
