#7 won't fire
 

My friend has a 97 30th anni. Z-28 I has hooker headers, intake, ORY, and other things. We have changed the plugs in it and done a compression check, and injector check, for some reason #7 will not fire. I know nothing about LT1's so any ideas would be helpful.

check the wire to make sure it isn't fried (you've probably done this already) and check the opti.

We checked the wires how can you check the opti?

You could use a spark plug tester, or just a good spark plug, to see if your getting spark to #7. Also you might want to inspect the plug (if you are getting spark). I had a hairline crack in the ceramic material one time which caused it to miss. Hope this helps.
