I just ordered a Revmax 3600. It's half the coat if a yank or vig. People that say to stay away are the ones that haven't tried one!

I suppose if my pockets were deep I would go yank.

I went with a street strip kit from pro built automatics. I'll be dropping it off to be installed tomorrow. Great guy (Dana) know his stuff. It did take me awhile to get my kit tho. (1 month)

I still need to get a trans cooler too.

Edit: ditch the shorties and get some lts

atm not worth it to change to LT headers when it prolly flows just fine for the engine there on... especially with the cutout right at the end of a 3" y pipe

Long tubes make more horsepower than shorties because the primaries are long and the exhaust pulses don't interfere with each other, then when it hits the collector. The exhaust from one cylinder flows into the collector creating a vacuum which then "sucks" the exhaust from the next tube and pulls it. This is called scavenging which helps make power.

Why are you running 1.5 rockers?

The lift on that cam is .500/.510 instead of .534/.544 on 1.6 Rockers.

yes i know that just saying its not cost effective for me to do that atm cause my trans is slipping so its first priority atm and since its going to be apart the stall is going in along with the gears in the rear... back to original questions please....
