Default Spark issue on whole passenger side.

My 1996 Z28 is fouling out all plugs on passenger side. All four plugs just full of soot. All wires are good on both ends. I changed all eight spark plugs on Wednesday and ran fine for 20 miles or so then started misfiring like hell. It was misfiring really bad before I changed the plugs that's why I did so. I'm assuming all four plugs on passenger side are fouled again.

It might be a distributor issue? Any easy ways to check and get it off?

What else could possibly be wrong? It looks like fuel is getting to the plugs just not firing right. Black smoke pours out the back.

Ur burning oil up somewhere. Time for a rebuild.

Could be opti issue. My old 97 z was misfiring really bad at the top of the rpm range, blowing black smoke out and everything, changed the Coil, and ICM fixed it right up.

My car has it's oil problems, but I don't think its burning any like that. Seems like just a spark issue to the passenger side plugs.

What do you mean by ICM? I suppose you wouldn't know any follow through to make the removal of the distributor easier?
